What to send before we start
You can review the intake before paying. After checkout, the form asks for these same three things:
- Your complete guest list, one name per line or pasted from a spreadsheet
- Your table requirements, including table count, sizes, or capacity limits
- Your seating instructions, including everyone who must sit together or apart
Delivery is within two business days after payment and receipt of complete information. One revision is included.

Everything above, one revision, and the app unlock for this same wedding. The optional Print Pack is not included.
After payment you go straight to the form. It takes about five minutes.
Cancel for a full refund before work begins. After work begins, the promised revision is included; we will refund the service if we cannot deliver the agreed scope. To request a refund, email hello@tablecharm.app.
Questions
- What if my list changes?
- One revision is included. If your guest list changes after submission, contact hello@tablecharm.app before sending the update so we can confirm the scope and timing.
- What if I do not like the arrangement?
- Tell us what feels wrong and we revise it once, free. Usually it is one or two tables, and we would rather fix it than have you print something you are uneasy about.
- Do you need my floor plan?
- No. Your table sizes and how many tables you have is enough. If you do have a floor plan, send it and we will match the layout.
- Is my guest list private?
- Yes. It is stored privately, used only to build your chart, and never shared or sold. We do not add you to a mailing list.
