You land straight on a short form. Paste your guest list, tell us your table sizes, and note anyone who should sit together or stay apart.

Everything above, for one payment. The Tablecharm app is $29 and you do the arranging yourself. This is the version where you do none of it.

After payment you go straight to the form. It takes about five minutes.

What if my list changes?: It will. Send the updated list and we rework the chart. Small changes are part of the job, not an extra.
What if I do not like the arrangement?: Tell us what feels wrong and we revise it once, free. Usually it is one or two tables, and we would rather fix it than have you print something you are uneasy about.
Do you need my floor plan?: No. Your table sizes and how many tables you have is enough. If you do have a floor plan, send it and we will match the layout.
Is my guest list private?: Yes. It is stored privately, used only to build your chart, and never shared or sold. We do not add you to a mailing list.
