Privacy Policy

The short version: your guest list is yours. We store the minimum needed to run the product, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What we store

The guest names, table layouts, and seating rules you enter. They live in your browser while you work; if you save or unlock your chart, a copy is stored on our servers so you can get back to it.

If you buy an unlock, the email address you give at checkout, so we can send your unlock link and receipt.

Basic, anonymous usage analytics (page views and feature events). No advertising trackers, no selling of data, ever.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded, along with the email you provided.

Sharing

If you create a find-my-seat link, anyone with that link can view the guest names and table assignments on it. Share it only with your guests.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties beyond the services needed to run Tablecharm (hosting, payments, and email delivery).

Your choices

Working without saving keeps everything in your browser; clearing your browser storage removes it.

To have a saved event or your purchase email deleted, write to hello@tablecharm.app from the address you used and we will remove it.
