Questions planners ask
Can I use Tablecharm for more than one wedding?
Yes. Every wedding you start is its own event with its own link, and there is no limit on how many you keep open at once. There is no single login that lists every client's wedding in one place yet, so you keep track of the links the way you would any client folder.
Can I share a chart with a client before it is final?
Yes. The editor link works for anyone who has it, so you can send it to a client for their blessing, or keep the pen yourself. Whoever saves last is what is kept, the same as a shared document, so it works best as a handoff rather than two people editing the same table at the same moment.
What can I print or hand off to a stationer?
Once a chart is solved and unlocked, it exports as a seating poster (Letter or 18x24), an alphabetical find-your-seat poster, tent-fold place cards, an escort list, a CSV, and the floor plan. Everything comes from the same solved chart, so nothing gets retyped and nothing disagrees.
Is there a planner account for managing every client's wedding in one place?
Not yet. Right now every wedding lives on its own link, saved to whichever browser or device you built it on. A planner account that holds all of your clients' weddings together is not available yet.
