Every wedding is its own chart and its own unlock. There is no subscription and no login wall to get stuck behind on a venue walkthrough. Keep each client's link the way you keep a client folder.
Keep-apart, written once
Divorced parents, the cousin who cannot share a table, the college friends who belong together. Pick the guests, mark them keep apart or keep together, and every solve after that respects it.
Re-solve without starting over
Lock the tables a client already approved. Add the new names. Press Solve. Locked tables keep their guests, and the rest moves as few people as it can. You are not rebuilding a chart from sticky notes because one plus-one flipped on a Thursday.
Files that agree with each other
One solved chart exports a CSV of guest and table, an alphabetical escort list for the door, and tent-fold place cards. Nothing gets retyped, and nothing disagrees with the poster.

How a planner uses it
- 1.Bring in the list. Paste it, or import a CSV from Zola, The Knot, Joy, or a spreadsheet.
- 2.Add the rules that matter: keep two people apart, keep a family together, seat someone near the head table.
- 3.Press Solve. A 150-guest wedding places on the real floor plan in seconds.
- 4.Lock what is approved. When an RSVP changes, press Solve again: locked tables stay put. Then export the poster, CSV, escort list, and place cards.
One wedding, one price
Unlocking a wedding is $29. That is the poster, place cards, escort list, CSV, and find-my-seat link for that one event. You can pass it through to the client as a small line item or absorb it as a cost of doing the work; that is your call. There is no planner subscription.

Questions planners ask
Can I use Tablecharm for more than one wedding?
Yes. Every wedding you start is its own event with its own link, and there is no limit on how many you keep open at once. There is no single login that lists every client's wedding in one place yet, so you keep track of the links the way you would any client folder.
Can it keep two guests apart?
Yes. Pick the two guests and mark them keep apart. Tablecharm seats around the rule, and if a solve cannot keep every rule, it tells you which one instead of quietly breaking it.
What can I hand the venue, caterer, or stationer?
A CSV of guest and table, an alphabetical escort list for the entrance, tent-fold place cards, and a seating poster. All of it comes from the same solved chart, so after a late change you download again and every file agrees. An unlocked chart also exports a caterer sheet (CSV and one-page PDF) with each guest's meal and per-table meal counts.

Web or App Store?
Both. On a laptop, open the editor in your browser and try it free. On an iPhone or iPad, get Tablecharm on the App Store. Either way, you can paste a real client list before anyone pays.
Can I share a chart with a client before it is final?
Yes. The editor link works for anyone who has it, so you can send it to a client for their blessing, or keep the pen yourself. Whoever saves last is what is kept, the same as a shared document, so it works best as a handoff rather than two people editing the same table at the same moment.
Is there a planner account for managing every client's wedding in one place?
Not yet. Right now every wedding lives on its own link, saved to whichever browser or device you built it on. A planner account that holds all of your clients' weddings together is not available yet.
