Terms of Service

The service

Tablecharm is a wedding seating chart tool. The editor and solver are free to try. A one-time purchase unlocks every table for one event, plus the printable poster, place cards, escort list, CSV export, and a shareable find-my-seat link. The optional Print Pack adds matching stationery styles.

There is no subscription and no account to create. One unlock covers one wedding.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and charged once by Stripe. If you have not printed or shared your unlocked chart yet, write to hello@tablecharm.app and we will refund the purchase.

Your content

The guest lists and charts you create are yours. You are responsible for having the right to enter the names you add and for what you share through a find-my-seat link.

Fair use and availability

Do not abuse, probe, or disrupt the service, and do not use it to store content unrelated to seating charts. We work to keep Tablecharm fast and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your unlock.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will post the update here. Continuing to use Tablecharm after a change means you accept the updated terms.
