Bring your Zola list over

On a desktop computer, open your Zola Guest List, click the dots in the top right, and download the list. If you want RSVP responses included, open the Track RSVPs page and click Export RSVPs to download a CSV or Excel file.

Then open Tablecharm on the Guests tab and upload the file, or paste the names. Tell it who cannot sit together, press Solve, and every guest is seated. The whole editor and readable preview are free; payment is for final files and the guest link.

Questions couples ask

How do I get my guest list out of Zola?

On a desktop computer, open your Zola Guest List, click the dots in the top right, and download the list. If it arrives as an Excel file, open it and save it as CSV, then upload it on the Guests tab in Tablecharm. You can also copy the name column and paste it.

Will I lose the tables I already set up in Zola?

The guest list comes over; the table layout does not. Add your tables in Tablecharm (it suggests a plan from your guest count), set your rules, and press Solve.
